SKYWARE held its two-day, one-night employee workshop on Daebudo Island in Ansan from Friday, October 14 to Saturday, October 15.
Employees who usually spend their days on their own projects and at client sites came together to step away from work and catch up with one another. The workshop began with a group photo on the Daebudo beach under a clear autumn sky. In the yard of the lodging, teams played jokgu (foot volleyball), and colleagues showed a competitive streak and humor rarely seen at the office.
In the evening, employees thanked one another for a year of work and talked freely about where SKYWARE should head next. The hope is that these relaxed conversations across departments and job levels carry over into collaboration back at work.
Thank you to everyone who made time in a busy schedule to prepare for the workshop and join in. Building on the laughter and conversations we shared on Daebudo, we will keep growing together as a team that trusts one another.
