Sending infrastructure that never stops

A redundant architecture with DR and a standard throughput of 200 TPS.

Compatibility with existing sending systems

The current sending structure (agents, APIs, sending tables) is accepted as is, guaranteeing compatibility.

Redundant architecture with DR and failover

The sending system runs on a redundant architecture with DR and fails over automatically; if an agent cannot reach the main DB it retries up to three times and then sends through the secondary path.

Physically separated operations

Service continuity even through disasters such as a data-center fire or power outage.

Standard agent throughput

200 TPS per channel type (up to 720,000 per hour), rising to 200 × n TPS with n modules. More than 200,000 messages per hour are processed reliably.

How It Works

Five steps from registration to reporting

Messages registered through the admin UI or API go out on each channel, and the results are checked in one place.

01

Register the message

Register

Register content, channels and schedule through the admin UI or API, and apply templates per channel.

02

Extract recipients and load the DB

Target

Recipients are extracted from CRM, ERP and member databases, deduplicated and validated.

03

Hand off to the sending engine

Engine

Priority, schedule and retry policies are applied automatically and the message is passed to each channel’s sending engine.

04

Send on each channel

Send

Carrier and platform APIs send SMS/LMS/MMS/RCS, Alimtalk, email and app push in real time.

05

Receive results and report

Report

Success, failure and bounce results are collected, with real-time statistics and reports on the admin dashboard.

Partner delivery networks and 24-hour operations

Delivery networks of partner carriers at home and abroad, combined with 24-hour operations, provide country-optimized sending and uninterrupted service.

Integration with Korea’s largest number of delivery network providers

Stable, flexible sending infrastructure from our partners

Local carrier integration

Partner networks in China, Thailand and Vietnam for country-optimized sending

Multiple carriers per country

Uninterrupted service even during failures

Partner language specialists and local offices

Smooth communication and local response

Pre-filtering of phone number ranges

Blocks sends to invalid numbers and cuts unnecessary cost

Optimized bulk sending to China

More partner sender IDs (CIDs) improve speed and work around restrictions

Separate bulk and real-time lines

Guaranteed priority for urgent and real-time sends

international long-message (C-SMS) sending

Automatic conversion to each country’s and language’s message format

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most before adoption.

Which channels can we send on?

Domestic and international SMS/LMS/MMS, RCS, Kakao Alimtalk and brand messages, app push (FCM/APNS and private channels) and email, all from one platform.

How does it integrate with our current system?

RESTful APIs and SDKs are provided, and your existing agents, APIs and sending-table structure are accepted as they are, reducing development effort.

How much bulk throughput do you offer?

200 messages per second (200 TPS) per channel type as standard, and more by adding sending modules. Bulk and real-time lines are separated so urgent messages go first.

Can we send overseas?

Yes. Both domestic and international sending are supported, with local carriers in China, Thailand, Vietnam and elsewhere for country-optimized delivery. Message formats are converted automatically per country and language.

Can it run on dedicated servers or in the cloud?

It can be set up on dedicated sending servers or in a cloud environment, with customization for your brand policies and sending patterns.

What happens when something fails?

The sending system runs on a redundant architecture with DR and fails over automatically; if the main DB cannot be reached it retries up to three times and then sends through the secondary path. A dedicated team monitors sending around the clock.

Which channel should we use for which message?

For informational notices such as orders, deliveries and reservations, the usual setup sends Alimtalk first and falls back to SMS if undelivered. Promotional messages such as coupons and events go to opted-in customers via brand messages, RCS or push. See the channel guide above, and we will design the right setup for your sending purposes during consultation.

How do we get a quote?

Tell us your expected monthly volume, the channels you need, the integration method (admin screen, API or agent) and whether you send overseas, and we will provide a proposal and quote. Please reach us through the contact page.
