Business Innovation in Every Industry Starts with Specialist AI Agents for AX

Specialist AI agents built for your AX environment cut repetitive work and raise everyday efficiency.

Retail, finance, manufacturing or the public sector: the industries differ, but the work people still do by hand looks much the same. Pulling data from several systems, copying it into spreadsheets, writing documents and reports, and giving the same answer to the same question again and again. Skyware’s specialist AI agents understand each industry’s work and systems and take over that flow.

Built on an AI and AX development environment, they connect and automate everything from data lookup to drafting, analysis and reporting, so your people can focus on core work and decisions. This article covers which work changes first in each industry, why now, and where to start.

01. Different industries, the same time drains

Most core systems are already in place. The problem is that people are still the glue between them. Agents switch between order, delivery and member screens to find an answer; underwriters read and summarize documents page by page; buyers copy quotes from email into spreadsheets; civil service staff dig through rulebooks to draft replies.

These tasks share three traits: they repeat every day, people have to gather information scattered across systems, and any delay slows both customer service and decisions. This is where AI agents deliver results first. AI gathers, compares and drafts; people check and decide.

02. Why now · three reasons

Figure 2 · Three reasons every industry needs AX

  1. PeopleKnow-how lives in people’s headsService tips, review criteria and ordering rules leave with the people who hold them. The system has to remember, and AI has to apply them every day
  2. CostMore work, same headcountInquiries, documents and reports keep growing while teams stay the same size. Repetitive work has to go so time is left for core work
  3. CustomersSlow answers lose customersCustomers will not wait while staff track down the right person. One lookup should return an answer with its source

AI gathers and organizes+People check and decide=More work done, faster, with today’s team

The most urgent of the three is people. “Handle this customer this way”, “check this field first on this document”, “this supplier slips at month end”: that experience lives only in today’s staff. AX means writing those rules into the system and having AI apply them the same way every day.

03. The data is already there, just scattered

There is no need to start by collecting new data. Commerce platforms hold order, member and product history; core systems and ERP hold contracts, purchase orders and stock; service desks hold inquiry history; shared drives hold rules, guidelines and reports. The problem is that each sits in its own system and cannot be seen at once.

So the first AX task is connecting existing systems so AI can read and act on them. Standards such as MCP, which expose enterprise systems as tools for AI, have greatly lowered integration costs. At the same time you decide which data to open and which actions (order changes, purchase confirmations, customer messages) need human approval. Answers are grounded in internal documents with sources shown; when no source is found, the agent hands off instead of guessing.

04. Where to start · five steps

SKYWARE MODEL

Five steps to specialist AI agents

  1. 01AssessRepetitive work · where data lives
  2. 02DesignWhat AI does · what people decide
  3. 03ProveA PoC on one task
  4. 04IntegrateCore · commerce · messaging systems
  5. 05AdvanceMeasure results · control access
  • Customer service automationAnswers recurring questions on orders, deliveries, terms and requests with sources, and hands off to an agent with the conversation history when needed.
  • Document and report automationAI drafts first: document summaries, memos, reports and weekly performance reviews built from your data.
  • Lookup and analysis automationOne question pulls data scattered across systems and returns metrics, anomalies and demand forecasts.
  • Notification automationSends results, schedules, deliveries and offers by SMS, KakaoTalk and email, and collects replies.

Order matters. Start with a company-wide AI platform and a year goes into data cleanup and alignment. Begin with one task whose data already sits in your systems and whose impact shows up right away in handling time and volume, confirm the results, then expand to other teams. That is the order that avoids failure.

05. How Skyware can help

Skyware builds its own commerce platform SCOS, unified messaging platform SOMP and procurement platform SMRO, and has built and run enterprise systems for commerce, finance and manufacturing clients for 23 years. That lets us start by placing AI agents inside the data structures and permission models of your existing systems.

Customer service runs on an AI service agent and the CX shopping agent Cura AI; repetitive office work on a workflow automation agent (AI Workforce); product and marketing operations on a marketing and demand forecasting agent; and notifications on SOMP. We deploy to your security standards, on-premises, air-gapped or private cloud, and design model choice (Korean LLMs and sLLMs), no training on your data, personal data masking and audit logs together.

Business innovation in every industry starts with specialist AI agents for your AX environment. AI takes the repetitive work; people focus on core work and decisions.
